When you become a member of Equestrian Gold Coast Club (EGCC) you are immediately entitled to reduced fees for all our events.

Any person under the age of 16 years, wishing to join as a member, must join as a Family Membership with a parent or guardian attending when the member under 16 is riding at a Club Event.

Single riding member     $80 -- (16 years or older) 

Family Membership       $100 -- All family members requiring registration must be detailed. The person who completes the membership application must be able to agree to and sign (electronically) the waiver and terms and conditions for all members under 18 years. Once you have paid you can then add each family member to your membership account (an email will be sent to you explaining how to do that).

Non-Riding Member       $50       

Three ways to submit and pay for your EGCC Membership. 

 1. Submit and pay online (our preferred option as it is the easiest for us -- remember we are all volunteers - so the more we can automate the better. It enables us to get on with our own lives AND still have the time to create great events for EGCC members).

Online payment is made through PayPal.  You can pay by Visa or Mastercard if you don't have a PayPal account -- when you get to the payment page you will see a small link (yes PayPal hides it nicely sigh). See the screenshot (to the left) of where to click if you prefer to use your debit or credit card than a Paypal account. 

You will have to click through a few screens to get to the Paypal page. Wherever it says pay now, pay online or pay invoice - just keep clicking until you get to Paypal.

We have set up recurring payments.  This means that unless you notify us otherwise a payment will be automatically deducted from your account in 12 months time.

Please make sure you carefully enter your email address.  In 12 months time you will be notified, via email, 14 days, 7 days and 2 days prior to the date when the subscription is due for renewal. At that time you will have the option to close your membership of EGCC if you do not wish to rejoin.  If your email address is incorrect or out of date you won't receive those notifications. 

Please keep your email address up-to-date and enter it correctly.

Once your membership has been activated you will be able to log in to your account and change your personal details at any time.

Ready to pay online?  Simply scroll down select your membership level and click on the next button.


2. Submit application online and pay offline.

If you prefer to pay offline simply complete the online application and when you get to the page where it asks you to pay online - just close the page. Your details will be registered in our system and once we receive your cheque in the mail we will activate your membership. Just make a note (when you send in your cheque) of the membership name you used when you submitted your online application. Again please remember we are volunteers and you will be helping us by paying online.


3. Submit application and pay offline.
Download the 2017 membership application form, complete it and send in with your cheque. Note this 3rd option causes us a lot of extra work. We will then need to put your information in to this database, go to the bank and send you a receipt. And if you didn't get it before (smile!) remember, we are all volunteers - so please, if you can, option 1 is the easiest for us. It enables us to get on with our own lives AND still have time to put on great events for EGCC.

If you chose to pay offline you will not be able to access the member only area (and get the EGCC members discount password) until your cheque has been received and banked and we activate your account).
